Listen to Run the Jewels’ “Panther Like a Panther” Demo

During a recent episode of their Beats 1 radio show “WRTJ,” Run the Jewels premiered an unreleased song. It’s the original version of “Panther Like a Panther,” which also came out for Record Store Day—fans that picked up their special edition tote bag could download the track for free through the band’s augmented reality app. Now, you can hear it as a standalone—check it out below. This version of the song was featured in the trailer for the video game “Gears of War 4,” in which Killer Mike and El-P were playable characters. The completed version appeared on Run the Jewels 3.

Run the Jewels will perform at Pitchfork Music Festival Paris 2017, joining The National, Ride, Talaboman, BADBADNOTGOOD, and more.
