Listen to St. Vincent’s Prince Tribute Radio Show

St. Vincent’s Beats 1 show “Mixtape Delivery Service” returned tonight with a Prince tribute episode. (Prince’s music just returned to non-Tidal streaming services, which means his music is now available to play on Beats 1.) On the show, she played some of her favorite Prince songs—including “Controversy,” “Sometimes It Snows in April,” “Erotic City,” and “Joy in Repetition”—and tells some of her favorite Prince stories (including the time Prince attended one of her shows in 2014). At one point, Elton John makes a cameo to request one of his favorite Prince songs. That’s a clip below; listen to the full episode here.
