M.I.A. Shares Explosion-Filled “Go Off” Video: Watch

When M.I.A.’s new song, “Go Off” (produced by Skrillex and Blaqstarr), premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show yesterday, she also teased its video. She told the host she didn’t want any human beings in it, tired of the extravagance of iconic clips like “Bad Girls” and “Borders.” Today, she’s shared that video, which follows through on her promise. In it, explosions rupture a barren, rocky landscape as construction vehicles drive around. Watch below.

M.I.A. also told Annie Mac that her upcoming album, A.I.M. (out September 9), will likely be her final record. She called it her “cleanest” album, which she said means there are “no complaints” on it.
