Mac DeMarco‘s eight-song “mini-LP” Another One is out August 7. He’s already shared half the record, releasing “No Other Heart”“The Way You’d Love Her”“Another One”, and “I’ve Been Waiting For Her”. But one of the unreleased songs, album closer “My House by the Water”, offers a surprise: At the end, DeMarco gives out his address in Far Rockaway, New York. He also invites the listener to come over and have a cup of coffee with him.

It isn’t a joke: As DeMarco revealed in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, about 30 people have already come to his home, following the album’s leak a few weeks ago.

“The way I rationalize it, to have the address you’ll have to listen to the album to the very end,” he told the Journal. “Second, to even consider coming to my house you have to be a kind of a superfan. And thirdly, it’s in such a weird part of New York that if they actually get there, they deserve a cup of coffee.”

Ergo, if you want the real experience, listen straight through—and then hop on that very long train ride to Far Rockaway.
