Majical Cloudz Announce Are You Alone?, Share “Silver Car Crash”

Majical Cloudz, the Montreal duo of Devon Welsh and Matthew Otto, have announced the follow-up to their excellent 2013 LP Impersonator. It’s called Are You Alone? and it’s out October 16 via Matador. The first single “Silver Car Crash”, the minimal album artwork, and the tracklist are all below.

It was revealed in Jenn Pelly’s Cover Story on Majical Cloudz that at one point during their tour with Lorde last year, the duo decided to scrap most of what they’d recorded and start fresh. Portions of the record were recorded in Arcade Fire and Godspeed You! Black Emperor’s Montreal studios.
