Massive Attack and Young Fathers Share Sinister "Voodoo in My Blood" Video Starring Rosamund Pike

Last month, Massive Attack surprise-released the Ritual Spirit EP, which featured collaborations with Tricky, Young Fathers, Roots Manuva, and Azekel, as well as production by the band’s own 3D. Today, they’ve shared the video for “Voodoo in My Blood,” the collab with Young Fathers, who 3D has described as “currently the best band in the world.” Directed by Ringan Ledwidge, the clip sees Rosamund Pike pacing through a subway looking imperilled, before she encounters a mysterious orb with sinister powers. Watch it below.

In a press release, Pike says, “Am I involved?… Someone said the girl in the video looks like me. I have been to the Joe Strummer subway. I did have a strange encounter there once.”

As previously noted, a second Massive Attack EP, written and co-produced by Daddy G, is coming in Spring, with an album to follow later this year.
