Mavis Staples, Alabama Shakes, Beirut, Buddy Guy Help Stephen Colbert Celebrate First "Late Show" With Sly Stone Cover

Last night, the inaugural episode of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” aired on CBS. The episode closed with a performance from an all-star lineup fronted by Mavis Staples, who joined Colbert’s house band to cover Sly and the Family Stone’s “Everyday People”.
