Morrissey Is Not a Fan of the Smiths’ Twitter Account

Morrissey does not have a Twitter. But the Smiths‘ label, Warner Bros., has just opened an account for the band. Morrissey, however, wants no part of it. According to a post on the official Moz fan site True to You, “Morrissey would like to stress that this account has not been sanctioned by him and has no connection to him.” The post added, “Follow it at your peril.” See @Smiths_Official’s one tweet below.

Please note this account is purely to celebrate the history and the music of The Smiths.
