Mötley Crüe Singer Vince Neil Sued by Assault Victim

A California woman has filed a federal lawsuit against Mötley Crüe vocalist Vince Neil after he physically assaulted her in front of the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, Broadly reports. The woman, Kelly Guerrero, is seeking $75,000 in damages related to “substantial medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and emotional distress.” Guerrero reportedly walked by Neil, actor Nicholas Cage and comedian Carrot Top, and told Cage that her son was a fan before Neil attacked her, grabbing her “hair from behind, yanking her down to the pavement on her back.” Cage subsequently broke up the incident, putting Neil in a headlock. Neil faces misdemeanor battery charges in the case; his first court date is July 27.
