New French Montana Mixtape Wave Gods Featuring Kanye West to Be Premiered on DJ Khaled’s Beats 1 Show

DJ Khaled has announced that he will premiere French Montana‘s new mixtape Wave Gods on his Beats 1 radio show “We the Best Radio” tomorrow (Friday, February 19). Hosted by incarcerated Harlem rapper Max B, the mixtape features Kanye West and Nas on a track together with Montana (“Figure It Out”). It also features Future, Puff Daddy, Big Sean, Travis Scott, the late Coke Boys rapper Chinx, and more. A$AP Rocky will appear on a bonus track remix of Montana’s “Off the Rip,” too. On the premiere episode of “We the Best Radio,” Khaled premiered Future’s new album EVOL.

Max B was recently featured on “Silver Surfer Intermission” from Kanye West’s new album The Life of Pablo. On the track, he gives West his blessing to use the term “wavy,” which he popularized in his music. Previously, Wiz Khalifa took umbrage with West’s usage when he wanted to name his album Waves. An infamous and quickly resolved beef ensued.
