Nick Diamonds (Unicorns/Islands/”Serial”) Announces New Solo Album City of Quartz
Nick Thorburn, of The Unicorns/Islands/Mister Heavenly/“Serial” podcast fame, has announced a new solo album under his Nick Diamonds moniker. It’s called City of Quartz and is due out May 26 on Manque Music. He’s also shared the first single from that release, which is called “The Sting”. Listen to it above.
City of Quartz is Thorburn’s solo followup to 2011′s I Am an Attic. He’ll play a solo set opening for the New Pornographers on February 28 at the Fox Theater in San Francisco.
