Sara Bareilles gave a performance of Joni Mitchell’s “Both Sides Now” during the “In Memoriam” segment of the 89th Academy Awards tonight. Jennifer Aniston introduced the performance, which was sung over a montage of the actors, directors, and film industry people that passed away in 2016 (which included Prince).
