Paul Westerberg Takes on New Persona in the I Don't Cares' "Whole Lotta Nothin'" Video

Today, the I Don’t Cares (The ReplacementsPaul Westerberg and Juliana Hatfield) have shared the music video for Wild Stab track “Whole Lotta Nothin’.” Done by Westerberg and Darren Hill, the video features Westerberg introducing himself as “Dale Westerberg” and teaching viewers how to write a song. (The following imagery recalls the similarly tongue-in-cheek “Bastards of Young” clip.) Watch it below.

Bob Mehr’s Replacements’ biography, Trouble Boys, is set to come out March 1 via Da Capo Press. It features interviews with various industry people and boasts heavy participation from Westerberg, Slim Dunlap, Tommy Stinson, and the late Bob Stinson’s family members.
