Peaches Hires Kim Gordon as Her Wrestling Coach in Ridiculous "Close Up" Video
Peaches has shared an insane video for “Close Up”, the Kim Gordon collaboration hinted earlier this year. In the clip (directed by Vice Cooler), Peaches hires a disinterested Gordon to become her wrestling coach. After some training she steps into the ring with a string of wrestlers and Luchadores. All hell breaks loose, much of it gross. Finally, she gives up and makes out with her last opponent. Gordon vapes throughout. Watch it below, via Peaches’ new RubTV channel.
“I’m fascinated by Lucha VaVOOM, the work they do, and by classic bro movies like Rocky; the relationships between coach and student and between men and their sports,” Peaches said in a press release. “For ‘Close Up,’ I wanted to combine the two, adding some little twists.”
The song’s taken from Rub, Peaches’ forthcoming album on I U She Music via INgrooves. It’s out September 25.
