Pitchfork.tv and Canal180 Team for "Director ID" Series About Music Video Directors, First Episode Features Hiro Murai

Pitchfork.tv has teamed up with Portuguese music and arts television network Canal 180 to present the series “Director ID”. Each episode profiles one of the best directors working in music videos today.

We’re starting off with an episode profiling Hiro Murai (Flying LotusSt. Vincent, Earl Sweatshirt, Spoon, Queens of the Stone Age, the Shins, more). In this short film shot by Murai himself, he discusses his background, process, and inspirations.
