PJ Harvey Performs New Songs "Chain of Keys" and "The Ministry of Social Affairs"

Last week at London’s Royal Festival Hall, PJ Harvey and photographer/filmmaker Seamus Murphy teamed up for “The Hollow of the Hand”, a multimedia performance featuring poetry and new songs from Harvey, along with photos and short films by Murphy. Today, footage has surfaced of Harvey performing two of the new songs, “Chain of Keys” and “The Ministry of Social Affrais”. Watch it below via Stereogum.

Earlier this year, Harvey recorded a new album in sessions open to the public as part of a London museum exhibition. Harvey sold lyric sheets for some of the songs, including “The Ministry of Social Affairs”.
