Ratatat Share "Pricks Of Brightness" Video, Announce Tour

Ratatat have shared a video for “Pricks of Brightness”, taken from this year’s album Magnifique. Directed by CANADA‘s Luis Cerveró, the clip sees Ratatat performing for an array of odd, unenthused crowds: child soldiers, women in mustaches, luchadores, and more. Elsewhere, various artists show off their paintings, a woman makes graffiti, and a man accidentally stabs himself in the hand. Check it out below.

In a press release, Cerveró said that the clip “is the result of many conversations with the band about the meaning of making instrumental music, and also about the idea of meaning in itself, what meaning exactly means or how meaningless meaning can be.”

In other Ratatat-related news, the duo have announced more tour dates behind Magnifique. Find a full itinerary below.
