Robert Glasper Forming New Group With Terrace Martin and James Fauntleroy

Robert Glasper revealed that he is starting a new musical group with Terrace Martin and James Fauntleroy (of Cocaine 80s), during a recent interview with Complex. He said that the group are going to do a “little record or an EP,” and that he and Martin are “working with Herbie [Hancock] on his new record.” They’ve yet to share a name or further details for their forthcoming project.

Glasper and Martin previously worked together on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly, and all three collaborated on Martin’s 2013 album 3ChordFold. Robert Glasper just released a new album called ArtScience.
