Stephen Colbert: Moby Seems “More Reliable Than Kellyanne Conway and Sean Spicer”

Moby recently took to social media to share alleged insider information about Trump—specifically about his ties to Russia. During his monologue on last night’s episode of  “The Late Show,” Stephen Colbert responded to Moby’s claims, as NME points out. “If you’re wondering when Moby’s Instagram became the public record, it was shortly after Trump’s Twitter feed became the Library of Congress,” he remarks. Discussing recent instances of celebrities sharing inside scoops on Trump, Colbert comments, “Things are so weird right now that Moby and Tom Arnold seem more reliable than Kellyanne Conway and Sean Spicer.” Watch the whole thing below.

Moby has long been an outspoken critic of Donald Trump. Before the election, Moby called Trump “an actual sociopath.” Later, he claimed to have been asked to DJ the inauguration (“Hahahaha, really?,” he responded), and created a hypothetical playlist full of protest songs for the occasion. His latest album, These Systems Are Failing, was released last year.
