Steve Gunn Performs "Wildwood" and "Tommy’s Congo" at Pitchfork’s SXSW Party
Steve Gunn performed at the second of Pitchfork’s SXSW parties at House of Vans at the Mohawk on March 19. Below, watch him do “Wildwood” and “Tommy’s Congo” from Way Out Weather.
In addition to Gunn, Wednesday’s party featured Speedy Ortiz (featuring Hannibal Buress!), Courtney Barnett, Rae Sremmurd, Sophie, A. G. Cook, Viet Cong, Shamir, Son Lux, Natalie Prass, Lydia Ainsworth, and Torres.
Thursday’s lineup included both Arcade Fire’s Win Butler (as DJ Windows 98) and Will Butler (doing separate sets), Vince Staples, Waxahatchee, Migos, Hundred Waters, Title Fight, Alvvays, Untold, Makthaverskan, Twerps, and Bully. Stay tuned for more video. Check out photos from the parties here.
