Sufjan Stevens and Cat Martino Team for "Take the Time", Amazing Photo

Singer/songwriter Cat Martino is a member of the band Stranger Cat, who are currently seeking funding for their debut album via Pledge Music. Martino is also a long-time Sufjan Stevens collaborator, and one of the rewards for pledging is a flexi disc featuring the Martino/Stevens collaboration “Take the Time”. That song is available to stream above for 24 hours.

The “Take the Time” flexi disc was made for Joyful Noise Records’ 2013 flexi disc subscription series. There are only a handful of them left, as only 1,000 were pressed. That song is available to stream, above, for 24 hours. The Pledge Music campaign ends on October 13.
