Sufjan Stevens has announced a tour in support of his forthcoming record Carrie & Lowell, the follow-up to 2010′s The Age of Adz. Check out the dates below. On his Tumblr, Stevens said, “I’M GOING ON TOUR. Come see my ugly face in person.”

Carrie & Lowell is out March 30 in Europe and March 31 in North America via Asthmatic Kitty. The cover is a photograph of the titular Carrie and Lowell, Stevens’ mother and stepfather. It’s being billed as a return to Stevens’ “folk roots.”
