Super Furry Animals Share Video for New Song "Bing Bong": Watch

Super Furry Animals‘ last album was 2009′s Dark Days/Light Years. Now, they’re back with a new song called “Bing Bong.” That’s the artwork below, designed by their longtime collaborator Pete Fowler. The song is sung entirely in Welsh—find the English translation below, along with the Mark James-directed video, which involves lots of soccer balls. “Bing Bong is a Welsh folk idiom that we have appropriated, but its pronunciation has been partly inspired by the sonic motif of the talking robot, Twiki, in the 1979-81 sci-fi series: Buck Rodgers in the 25th Century,” Gruff Rhys said in a press releaseSuper Furry Animals also have a series of world tour dates coming up—find those below. Last year, the band reissued Mwng for its 15th anniversary.

Oh! Glowing Moon
Oh! Moon of beauty
You peak every month
But I’m constantly peaking.

From Môn to Monmouth
To Abercraf
From Fflint to Penfro
From the Gwyrfai to the Taff

The ball’s like a pixel
In a game of Pong
Noise comes from our screens;
‘Bing’ and then ‘Bong’

And so significant
Is our cry
That no computer
Can control our flow
