Tanlines Launch Netflix Parody Site
Next month, Tanlines will release their new album, Highlights. They’ve now launched a very funny site to promote the album that parodies the layout of Netflix Instant, providing links to all of their videos, tour dates, and related material (along with Netflix-ready links to TV shows like “Frasier” and “Freaks and Geeks”). They’ve mocked up their own categories, too; check out “Movies And TV That You Might Not Have Realized Are About Jews” or “American Actors Doing British Accents”, if you’re so inclined.
They’ve also shared another song from Highlights called “Invisible Ways”, which you can listen to below.
Additionally, they’ll go on tour in May. Check out the dates below; the Tanlines website includes a movie or TV show for each city on the tour.
Highlights is out May 18 in Europe and May 19 in North America on True Panther.
