"The Daily Show" Debuts Remixed Theme Song Produced By Timbaland

Timbaland and King Logan co-produced the new theme song for “The Daily Show,” which debuted on last night’s episode. It’s a new spin on Bob Mould’s “Dog on Fire”, which has been the show’s theme since its 1996 launch. The song was re-recorded by They Might Be Giants when Jon Stewart began hosting in 1999, and now, rookie host Trevor Noah has gotten his own version. Hear it in the opening and closing credits below, as The Hollywood Reporter points out.
