The Decemberists Announce North American Tour

On the heels of a new album annoucement, the Decemberists will hit the road for a North American tour next spring, following a winter tour of Europe. It’s their first tour in three years.
The band has also announced a special Black Friday release for Record Store Day, a 7” that features their new single “Make You Better” as well as the exclusive B-Side “Fits and Starts”. The Decemberists’ new album, What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World, is out January 20 on Capitol. (Rough Trade releases the album January 19 in the UK and Europe.)
