The Flaming Lips and Miley Cyrus Open Joint Tour
Miley Cyrus and the Flaming Lips recently announced a tour in support of their collaborative album Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz. (Dan Deacon is the opening act.) Below, you can watch a clip from the opening night at Chicago, IL’s Riviera Theatre. In it, Miley, dressed as a unicorn, sings “Evil Is But a Shadow” in front of a vast psychedelic backdrop. She then discusses her Happy Hippie Foundation and sings, “Why can’t people like rainbows?” while waving a pride flag. Watch crowd footage below.
