The Kills’ Alison Mosshart and "Sons of Anarchy" Cast Star in "Trying to Believe" Video From Bob Thiele and the Forest Rangers

Veteran songwriter Bob Thiele Jr. was the musical director for “Sons of Anarchy”, the hit FX TV show that recently ended after seven seasons. He put together a band, the Forest Rangers, to soundtrack the bloody drama about a Northern California motorcycle club. Now, the Forest Rangers are putting out Land Ho!, their debut album. It’s out July 10 via InGrooves.

One of the songs on the album, “Trying to Believe”, is sung by Alison Mosshart (of the Kills/Dead Weather). Appropriately, the music video stars members of the “Sons of Anarchy” cast. Mark Boone Jr. (Bobby Munson), Niko Nicotera (Ratboy), Dayton Callie (Wayne Unser), and Michael Ornstein (Chucky) all appear in the clip, alongside Mosshart and Thiele. The video was shot in Los Angeles by director Kenneth Cappello.
