The Weeknd Donates $250,000 to Black Lives Matter
The Weeknd has donated $250,000 to the Black Lives Matter Network, the Fader reports and his representation confirms. Abel Tesfaye has been an active supporter of Black Lives Matter on Twitter. Earlier this month, the Weeknd also donated $50,000 to the University of Toronto to help start an Ethiopic Studies program.
