Tim Hecker to Play Tinnitus Show Presented by Pitchfork's Show No Mercy and Blackened Music

Pitchfork’s Show No Mercy has teamed up with Blackened Music to present a new music series called Tinnitus that focuses on composers of extreme sound.

The second installment takes place November 12 with a performance by Tim Hecker at The Wick in Brooklyn. Support acts are to be announced.

Tickets are $15 in advance, available here. (They will be $20 at the door.) Doors open at 8 p.m., and the music starts at 9. This is a 21+ event.

The first Tinnitus show takes place October 18 at the Wick and features Ben Frost, Julianna Barwick, and Mario Diaz de Leon’s Oneirogen.
