Todd Terje & the Olsens Announce The Big Cover-Up EP, Share “Baby Do You Wanna Bump” Cover: Listen

It’s been over two years since Todd Terje released his excellent It’s Album Time LP. Now, he’s back with a new disco covers EP, appropriately titled The Big Cover-Up. Arriving June 17 via Terje’s Olsen label, the project marks the producer’s first studio release with his live band, the Olsens. They cover tracks from Yellow Magic Orchestra / Martin Denny, Martin Circus, Boney M., and Vangelis, accompanied by remixes from Daniel Maloso, Dan Tyler, Prins Thomas, and Øyvind Morken. Terje has also announced “No Bad Days,” an NYC concert with Lindstrøm and Jaga Jazzist. It takes place July 29 at 1260 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn; scroll down to see the poster.
