Travis Scott Arrested for Inciting a Riot

Travis Scott was arrested in Arkansas for inciting a riot while performing at a show, TMZ reports. He was reportedly also charged with disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a minor. Scott was released without bail last night. The Houston rapper has become known for creating chaotic scenes at shows. In 2015, he was arrested at Lollapalooza for encouraging the crowd to climb over security barricades. More recently, during his Birds Eye View Tour, he encouraged a fan to jump from the venue’s balcony into the crowd. A different fan at the same show was reportedly injured after falling from the third-level balcony. Scott’s team issued a statement in response to the incident, claiming that an investigation was underway to uncover whether the fan jumped or was pushed.
