Twin Shadow Tour Buses Crash in Colorado

Twin Shadow and his band and crew were involved in a bus accident early this morning near Aurora, Colorado, The Denver Post reports. Their two buses were en route to Denver when they crashed into two tractor-trailers, resulting in “a multi-vehicle accident with multiple injuries.” 

According to the Post, 12 people have been transported from the accident site to the hospital. According to a reporter at the scene, most of the injuries were sustained by those riding in the crew bus; members of the band were in another bus.

The band’s crew was in the bus most seriously involved, Lewis said. Twin Shadows was on a second bus nobody in which was taken to hospital

Trooper Lewis says the mangled tour bus hit the semi-trailer as it was stopped or slowing in traffic.

Lewis said alcohol and drugs are not considered factors at this time. He said weather — namely fog — is thought to have contributed.
