Ty Segall Announces New Compilation $ingle$ 2
Ty Segall‘s inability to release just one album per year continues. After this year’s Manipulator, he’s announced another record for Drag City, out November 18. It’s a compilation called $ingle$ 2. It follows his singles collection from 2011.
$ingle$ 2 collects non-album singles and B-sides surrounding 2011′s Goodbye Bread, 2012′s Twins, and 2013′s Sleeper, as well as covers of the Groundhogs and GG Allin, and the Velvet Underground’s “Femme Fatale” (a “COMPLETE retooling,” per the press release).
