Police are currently searching for Sinéad O’Connor, who has been reported missing in the Chicago area, Billboard reports. Police in the suburb of Wilmette, Illinois, told Billboard in a statement: “The Wilmette Police is seeking to check the well-being of Sinead O’Connor. O’Connor reportedly left the Wilmette area for a bicycle ride yesterday at 6:00 a.m. and has not returned. A caller has expressed concern for her well-being and no other information is available at this time.”

According to TMZ, an alert sent by police called O’Connor “missing suicidal.” TMZ reports she was last seen “on a Raleigh motorized bicycle with a pink basket,” wearing a “black parka, black leather pants and a sweatshirt with ‘Ireland on the back.”

Pitchfork has reached out to Wilmette police for comment. A spokesperson for O’Connor declined to comment to Pitchfork.

Last November, a spokesperson for O’Connor confirmed she was “unwell and receiving treatment” after a Facebook post suggested O’Connor might harm herself.
