Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig Hosts Election 2016 Panel on Beats 1

Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig has attended some events in support of Bernie Sanders. Today, on his Beats 1 show “Time Crisis,” he reached out for more opinions on the 2016 election. The show featured input from Dirty Projectors’ Dave Longstreth’s brother Jake Longstreth, Chromeo’s Dave Macklovitch, comedians Shelby Fero, Brandon Wardell, Desus Nice, and the Kid Mero, and artist Eric Yahnker. They discussed which candidates they’re supporting for the election, Twitter vs. Snapchat, whether or not services like Airbnb and Uber should be regulated, the term “millenials,” and more. They also talked about new music from Drake, Zayn, and Meghan Trainor. Listen to the full episode here.
