Watch a Cartoon Clown Break Out of Jail in Ty Segall’s Crazy “Californian Hills” Video

Ty Segall has shared a new music video for “Californian Hills” from his latest album Emotional Mugger. (Segall previously performed the song in his infamous baby mask on “Conan.”) In the animated visual (directed by Meghan Tryon and Garrett Davis), a clown breaks out of jail and a series of strange events occur. There’s a small king in the baby mask, flashing lights, and more. Check it out below.
