Watch Amanda Palmer and Her Dad’s Time Lapse “Wynken, Blynken and Nod” Video

Amanda Palmer and her father Jack Palmer released an album this year called You Got Me Singing. The album is a collection of folk covers. Today, they’ve share a video for their version of “Wynken, Blynken and Nod,” which was originally set to music by the Simon Sisters and is based on a Victorian nursery poem. The video’s concept is by Amanda Palmer; it’s directed by Jim Batt and Kim Boekbinder. The clip features a time lapse that shows multiple scenes taking place in the same room—a feast, animals peeking through trees, fish jumping up from water, and so on. Watch it happen below.

It’s been a busy year for Palmer, who also covered Bat for Lashes and Elliott Smith. She was also behind a ridiculous dance track that featured Sarah Silverman, Patton Oswalt, and others.
