Watch Arcade Fire Perform New Song “Creature Comfort” at Surprise Primavera Show

Arcade Fire played a surprise set at Barecelona’s Primavera Sound Festival, moments after announcing their new album Everything Now and debuting the title track (which was co-produced by Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter). During the show, the band gave debut performances of new songs “Everything Now” and “Creature Comfort.” Watch clips of both below. In addition to the new material, Arcade Fire played songs from throughout their catalog, including “Ready to Start,” “No Cars Go,” “Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains),” and more. As NME reports, during their Bowie-featuring track “Reflektor,” Win Butler said, “I miss David Bowie so much. Wherever you are, god bless.”

Arcade Fire will perform a headlining set at Primavera on Saturday. Everything Now is out July 28 via Columbia and will be followed by the band’s “Infinite Content” tour in September.
