Watch Common and Stevie Wonder’s New Black America Again Short Film, Produced by Ava DuVernay

Common has shared a new short film for his latest album Black America Again. Directed by Selma’s Bradford Young and produced by Ava DuVernay, the 21-minute film depicts several vignettes, some of which include scenes of choreographed dancing, and Common rapping the title track alongside a percussionist. It follows a previously released music video for the Stevie Wonder-featuring title track. You can watch the new short film below. 

Earlier this year, it was announced that Common has teamed up with Hamilton director Thomas Kail and “How to Make It in America” creator Ian Edelman to make “93 Til Infinity,” a new sitcom for Fox.
