Watch Father John Misty Sing About James Comey While Eating Pizza

Last night, news emerged that Trump had fired FBI chief James Comey amid an investigation into Trump’s links with Russia. Meanwhile, Father John Misty was eating pizza, playing music, and reflecting on the day’s events. Below, watch video of his folk-styled take on the news. “James Comey was fired in the month of May,” he begins. “James Comey was fired from the CIA.” (“CIA rhymes,” he explained on Twitter.) He continues: “Well, he had Hillary’s emails/And there was a recipe for risotto.” Last month, Josh Tillman shared a video for Pure Comedy song “Total Entertainment Forever” in which McCauley Culkin is crucified alongside Jon Arbuckle from “Garfield” and Bill Clinton.
