Split Single, the band led by Jason Narducy (of Bob Mould Band, Superchunk), have released both parts of their new “Sexiest Elbows in Rock Music” series. The two-part series involves Narducy struggling to be taken seriously as a musician by an industry interested only in his elbows. Directed by Narducy and Leo Garcia, the clips feature a wide range of musicians and actors including Jeff Tweedy, Sharon Van Etten, Frank Black, Rick Nielsen, Michael Shannon, Todd Barry, Dave Hill, Brian Stack, and others. Split Single’s second LP Metal Frames is out now via Inside/Outside.

The band’s previous “Sexiest Elbows in Rock Music” video included Spoon frontman Britt Daniel, Bob Mould, Jon Wurster, Mac McCaughan, Fred Armisen, Margaret Cho, Tim Meadows, Dave Grohl, and more.
