Watch Rae Sremmurd Talk #MannequinChallenge Craze on “SportsCenter”

Rae Sremmurd recently appeared on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” to discuss the #MannequinChallenge meme, which helped propel Sremmlife 2’s “Black Beatles” to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. During their appearance, the duo participated in a #MannequinChallenge pose with the “SportsCenter” crew, and discussed how they became the face of the meme. Slim Jxmmi joked that he doesn’t think EarDrummers is going to let the social media-driven success of the song “escape the paycheck.” Watch their appearance below.

Earlier this month, Paul McCartney showed his “love [for] those Black Beatles” with his #MannequinChallenge video. Destiny’s Child also took part in the internet craze, but chose to soundtrack their video with a Lauryn Hill song.
