At a recent show in London for their “Day + Night” event series, the xx brought out Savages’ Jehnny Beth. Together they performed a special rendition of “Infinity” from the xx’s self-titled 2009 debut. Watch it go down below. At another show in the series, Romy Madley Croft invited Cat Power to perform “Maybe Not” with her. The xx were also previously joined by Robyn to perform her song “With Every Heartbeat.” Earlier this year, the xx released a new album, I See You.

On Monday night we were joined by our dear friend @jehnnybeth from Savages. She told us once that she loved our song ‘Infinity’ so we thought it would be fun to invite her up to sing it! One thing we aspire to do with Night + Day is to bring people together, from all different types of music, so to have her join us felt very special and it was a lot of fun adding distortion to everything at the end!
