Watch Waxahatchee’s Video for New Song “No Curse”

Waxahatchee aka Katie Crutchfield debuted a new song titled “No Curse” on the latest episode of Weathervane’s Shaking Through—a project that invites artists to create music live in the studio. Waxahatchee recorded the song on the day after Donald Trump won the presidential election. “In moments like this, moments of political turmoil, you should bring your skills to the table in a way that affects change or benefits people,” she said in the episode. Watch the music video and feature below. The song does not appear on Waxahatchee’s forthcoming album, Out in the Storm, which arrives July 14 via Merge. Beginning May 31, she will embark on a tour with Lena Dunham for Lenny Letter called Lenny: America IRL Tour.
