Yasiin Bey and BADBADNOTGOOD Perform New Song “Arcade”: Watch

BADBADNOTGOOD recently performed at the Cape Town International Jazz Festival in South Africa, and were joined by none other than Yasiin Bey (fka Mos Def) to perform a new song of his, apparently titled “Arcade.” Watch them play it below. According to 10and5 (via Pigeons and Planes), the band were contacted by Bey’s people a few days before the show to see if they’d be willing to perform with him at the festival, resulting in some “magical” rehearsals. BADBADNOTGOOD’s new album IV is out July 8 via Innovative Leisure. Bey’s most recent output is “Dec 99th – Local Time” from this past June.
