Young Thug Shares New Video for New Song “Safe”: Watch

Young Thug has shared a new video for a new song called “Safe.” Watch the Garfield Larmond-directed video below. The song was produced by frequent collaborator Wheezy. It is Young Thug’s first release since his 2016 mixtape, JEFFERY.

In January, Thug’s label 300 released the video for “Wyclef Jean,” which is narrated by directors Pomp&Clout, and hardly features Thug, who didn’t show up for most of the shoot. The video imagines how the shoot was supposed to go and then details how everything went wrong, saying, “The video cost over $100,000 and the artist never showed up.” A few days later, Thug shared the video for “Guwop,” which he is featured in prominently.
