The GLAAD Media Awards, which honor media figures for “fair, accurate and inclusive representations” of LGBTQ communities, have announced their 2017 nominees. Frank Ocean, Tegan and Sara, Blood Orange, Lady Gaga, Sia, and Against Me! are among the 10 nominees for Outstanding Music Artist, a category that has doubled in size to reflect “growing inclusion in music,” Billboard reports. Also up for awards are Moonlight (Outstanding Film, Wide Release) and “Black Mirror’”s “San Junipero” (Outstanding Individual Episode, in a TV series without a regular LGBTQ character). See...

Danny Brown and Paul White Team for New ...

Danny Brown and Paul White have teamed up once again, this time for an EP, as Hot New Hip-Hop points out. Accelerator features two new songs, the title track and “Lion’s Den,” as well as an instrumental version of each. It’s coming on February 10—next Friday. Beach House Announce Tour, New Rarities ...

Beach House are hitting the road, starting this March. The band have announced a number of headlining shows to go along with their festival dates, including previously announced appearances at Governors Ball in New York City and Ceremonia in Mexico City. In addition, Beach House are currently working on a compilation of B-sides and rarities. It’s set to come out in the first half of 2017, according to a press release. Real Estate Announce 2017 Tour

Real Estate have announced a new run of tour dates for 2017. The new tour kicks off on April 5 at Saturn in Birmingham, AL, and includes festivals gigs as well as headlining shows across North America. The European leg of the tour begins in June. Mac DeMarco Announces New Album This Old...

Mac DeMarco has announced a new album, This Old Dog. The follow-up to 2015’s mini-album Another One (and his first full-length since 2014’s Salad Days) is out May 5 via Captured Tracks.
