Tonight, the first of two David Bowie tribute concerts took place at New York’s Carnegie Hall. It featured Michael Stipe, the Flaming Lips, Pixies, the Mountain Goats, Cat Power, Debbie Harry, J Mascis, Sean Ono Lennon, and more covering the late artist’s songs in his honor.
