Feist Invites Fans to Host Pleasure Pre-Release Listening Parties

Feist is slated to release her next studio album Pleasure on April 28 via Interscope. After recently sharing the music video for the album’s title track, Leslie Feist has now announced listening parties for the new album. However, these aren’t your traditional show-up-and-listen affairs.  “You, collectively known as We, will listen together yet in your own space and in your own way,” a cryptic message from the singer-songwriter reads. “Send us a description of where your ideal listening place might be… Tell us about your town or city and where you’d like to host and we’ll be following up nearer the time, with how you’ll get access to the album ahead of it’s official release.” The deadline for entries is midnight, Wednesday April 19; fans can sign up to host listening parties here.

Feist has also announced that listening party applicants will be entered to win one of four vinyl test pressings of the new album. Apart from the title track, Feist has also shared the song “Century,” which features Pulp’s Jarvis Cocker. She’s set to tour behind Pleasure this year.
